The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places, Loading Bays and Waiting Restrictions (Portadown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016, (S.R. 2016 No. 289), which comes into operation on 8 August 2016.
The rule will authorise lengths of Park Road and a length of Thomas Street, Portadown for use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used.
The rule will also prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on a length of Park Road and Wilson Street.
Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition in certain circumstances.
