The Rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting at Belfast, Dundonald, Enniskillen, Gilford, Larne, Londonderry, Newry, Rathfriland and Warrenpoint and remove parking places at Clogher and Larne and amend the description of an existing parking place in Clogher.
