The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023”, (S.R. 2023 No. 84) which comes into operation on 19 June 2023.
The Rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting at Belfast, Carrickfergus, Lisburn, Londonderry, Moira, Scarva and Warrenpoint, remove parking places with unlimited waiting at Bangor and Londonderry and also amend the description of an existing parking place with unlimited waiting at Londonderry and amend the description of an existing parking place with limited waiting at Carrickfergus.
