    The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021”, (S.R. 2021 No. 159) which comes into operation on 5 July 2021.

    The Rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Belfast, Donemana, Donaghadee, Enniskillen, Killyleagh, Londonderry, Millisle and Newtownards. All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.

    The Order will also remove parking places with unlimited waiting at Belfast, Donaghadee, Greyabbey and Newtownards.

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 0300 200 7899.
