The rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting at Bangor, Belfast, Bessbrook, Cookstown, Dromore, Eglington, Enniskillen, Lisburn, Londonderry, Newry and Rathfriland and remove parking places with unlimited waiting at Belfast, Enniskillen and Londonderry.
