The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Portadown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023”, (S.R. 2023 No. 207), which comes into operation on 28 December 2023.
The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Obins Street, Portadown. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
The Order also updates the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider”.
