The Rule will introduce a no waiting restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Old Manse Road, Newtownabbey between 8.30 am and 10.00 am and 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive between 31 August and 30 June (excluding Public Holidays). Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to transportni.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
