The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Enniskillen) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 41), which comes into operation on 3 April 2024.
The Rule will authorise lengths of New Street, Enniskillen for use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to the parking place prohibited until 2 hours have expired.
The Rule will also prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of New Street, Enniskillen. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition in certain circumstances.
