The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Donaghmore) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No. 311), which comes into operation on 11 January 2021.

Details

The Rule will authorise lengths of Main Street, Donaghmore for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used.

The Rule will also revoke and re-enact an existing parking place on Main Street and correct a drafting error in the description.

It will also revoke certain waiting restrictions in Donaghmore.          

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by either email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 02882 254085.
