The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No. 204) which comes into operation on 28 December 2023.
The Rule will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Upper Dunmurry Lane, Belfast. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
