The rule will allow a no waiting at any time restriction and a no waiting Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm restriction on lengths of road within Belfast. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
The Department proposes to make a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015).
