The Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 requires the Department to consult on and provide Guidance to the ‘Specified Public Service Bodies’ specified in The Period Products (Department for Infrastructure Specified Public Service Bodies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024.
The Department consulted by correspondence with Specified Public Service Bodies on its draft Guidance document between 28 June 2024 and 26 July 2024.
