The Department for Infrastructure today made an order vesting certain lands in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, for the provision of road improvements on the A3 Portadown Road, Armagh.
A copy of the vesting order and related map may be inspected, by appointment during office opening hours at the DfI Roads offices of the Department at the addresses below. An electronic copy may also be obtained by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk

Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Vesting Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Department or that the requisite statutory procedures have not been followed may, within one month from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
