The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Motorways Traffic (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No.205), which comes into operation on 11 November 2020.

Details

The Regulations will amend The Motorways Traffic Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 to permit civilian staff of the Police Service of Northern Ireland ("PSNI") to provide specialist driver training on Motorways.
