The Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

These Regulations amend regulation 24(5) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 in regards to the efficiency limit for brakes. This new limit is to apply to vehicles first used on or after 1st January 2012.
