The Motor Vehicles (Access to Driver Licensing Records) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011

These Regulations determine the purposes for which information held by the Department for the purposes of Part II of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and made available to the persons specified in article 19I of that Order may be used.
