Memorandum of Understanding between the Rail Safety Authority, DfI and the Commission for Railway Regulation

This Memorandum of Understanding has been agreed between the Commission for Railway Regulation (CRR) and the Rail Safety Authority as the National Safety Authorities in Ireland and Northern Ireland respectively. It establishes the principles for effective liaison, communication and co-operation between these parties so that supervision activity on the railways on the island of Ireland can be undertaken in a thorough and co-ordinated way.
