This is a signed copy of the Memorandum of understanding between the Department (specifically Water Policy and Shareholder Division and Public Transport Services Division) and the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.

Details

The joint aim of the Department and the Consumer Council in drawing up this agreement is to secure effective, mutual working relationships for the benefit of consumers.  

It is a statement of principles to guide the development of working relationships to enable all three parties to discharge their respective duties effectively and without duplication.
