The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021” (S.R. 2021 No. 163) which comes into operation on 8 July 2021.
The Rule will introduce loading bays on lengths of Main Street, Ballymoney for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the bays in certain circumstances.
During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to dfiroads.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
