This report, whilst pulled together by DfI Planning Group, is the collective product of the project steering group.
The report sets out the background to the pilot, assesses the outcomes from the project and identifies the lessons learned along the way. This report makes recommendations for Bedford Street and other future placemaking projects, including DfC’s forthcoming Streets Ahead 5 scheme. It will also be of relevance to the interventions being trialled in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
