    The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Killyvally Road, (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No. 258), which comes into operation on 20 January 2021.

    The Rule will abandon an area of 1351 square metres of former road at Killyvally Road, Garvagh, commencing at a point 102 metres east of its junction with Station Road, Garvagh and extending for 127.8 metres in an easterly direction along the front of Nos. 6-10 Killyvally Road.

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
