The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Killinchy Road, Comber (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No.153) which comes into operation on 9 November 2023.
The effect of the rule is to abandon an area of 1090 square metres of superseded road at Killinchy Road, Comber, extending from a point 29 metres east of its junction with Drumhirk Road, for a distance of 319 metres in a southerly direction.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to transportlegislationbranch@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
