The Green Road, Conlig (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Green Road, Conlig (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026”, (S.R. 2026 No. 120), which comes into operation on 28th September 2026.
The Rule will abandon an area of 1,358 square metres of superseded road at Green Road, Conlig, extending from a point 974.5 metres east of its junction with Newtownards Road, for a distance of 134 metres in an easterly direction.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
