    The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Footpath to the rear of Albert Street, Quadrant Place and Cullingtree Road, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020” (S.R. 2020 No. 184) which comes into operation on 7 October 2020.

    The effect of the rule is to abandon an area of 357.9608 square metres of footpath on the western side of the Westlink.

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
