Eastern Transport Plan 2035 (ETP 2035)

ETP 2035 is one of a suite of new Transport Plans being prepared which are intended to set out the framework for transport policy and investment decisions in Northern Ireland up until 2035. The ETP will set out DfI’s proposals for the future transport network in the ETP area.
By way of example these may include:
- New walking infrastructure including crossing facilities and traffic calming.
- New cycling routes including dedicated cycling lanes parallel to roads and off-road cycleways.
- New public transport services (including associated enabling infrastructure such as enhanced bus stops and new or extended bus lanes).
New traffic management and parking schemes involving changes to road configurations and parking charges and location of spaces.
