The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Dunbar Link and Great Patrick Street, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021” (S.R. 2021 No. 126) which comes into operation on 23 June 2021.

Details

The effect of the rule is to abandon two areas of former footpath totalling 253.24 square metres comprising an area of 147.843 square metres of former footpath at the junction of Dunbar Link and Great Patrick Street and an area of 105.397 square metres of former footpath at the junction of Dunbar Link and Exchange Street, Belfast.

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
