The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Drumna Walk, Lurgan (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024” (S.R 2024 No. 188) which comes into operation on 9 December 2024.southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk
The Rule will abandon two areas of superceded road at Drumna Walk, Lurgan. One area of 88 square metres commencing at a point 24 metres south-east of its junction with the Annesborough Road and a second area of 721 square metres commencing at a point 79 metres north-east of its junction with the Annesborough Road and extending for 121 metres in a north-easterly direction.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
