This is an annual business plan that sets out DVA’s performance targets for the year 2022-23 in each of the services we provide.


The plan outlines the services that DVA provides to citizens and which account for the vast majority of its work. Our key priorities are to bring our services up to maximum capacity, whilst complying with public health advice and guidance, to ensure the safety of staff and our customers. This will continue to be a challenge given the high level of demand for our services and current limits on our capacity across our existing network.
