DFI/2025-0232: An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of DfI's use of loose chippings, including copies of any: 1) application policy, together with details of when this surfacing is applied; 2) cost/benefit analysis; 3) risk assessment; 4) records of loose chippings being deemed a contributory factor in accidents; 5) the amount of money paid out in compensation in each of the last 5 years; & 6) Rural Needs Assessment completed of any DfI application policy.
