DFI/2025-0096: An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of Disabled Parking provision & Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued in the last 3 calendar years in Northern Ireland, including the numbers of: 1) dedicated disabled parking spaces; 2) Blue Badge holders; or 3) PCNs issued for parking in a disabled parking bays; the total revenue raised 4) from fines for misuse of Blue Badges; or 5) PCNs for parking in disabled bays; & 6) the numbers of Blue Badge new or renewal applications in those 3 years, with reasons for any rejections.
