An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of the criteria used by DfI Roads to justify decisions on installation of approved controlled crossings, including: 1) the thresholds, any formula or analyses used, that must be met for a crossing to be deemed appropriate; 2) a copy of any policy or guidance for assessing & prioritising requests for crossings; 3) a copy of the assessment made for the Killinchy Street Roundabout, Comber, refusing a crossing, with the values for each specified criteria; 4) the number & details of controlled crossings included in the current financial year’s works programme; & 5) the number & details of any controlled crossings included in the works programme/current priority list for 2023-2024.
