Tyrone, following flooding at 160 Crockanboy Road, including: 1) the status of the watercourse; 2) previous; & 3) current provisions to protect against flooding; 4) technical & business case reasons for the works, & the stages involved; 5) the extent of road surface level changes; 6) any issues raised about the proximity of the watercourse to a property; 7) confirmation of DfI's responsibility for watercourses; 8) consultations with riparian owners; 9) & with DfI Rivers; 10) type & frequency of maintenance for the culvert; 11) & gullies; 12) flooding/maintenance call out logs: 13) any issues with maintenance of the watercourse road crossing, prior to the flooding event.
