DFI/2022-0222: Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of the Comber Greenway lighting scheme, including: 1) a copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the scheme; 2) the number of badger setts identified & the measures being taken to avoid disturbing these badger setts; 3) the number of badger setts that were disturbed; 4) the type of light bulbs being used for the Comber Greenway lighting scheme; & 5) the number of complaints received & whether any of the complaints received were reported to the Northern Ireland Environment Agency.
