DFI/2022-0109: Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details about the s26 Determination that Planning Application LA02/2021/0439/F (for a proposed waste disposal/CHP Plant at Kilroot Power Station, Station Road, Carrickfergus) was not regionally significant, including all: 1) material submitted to DfI beforehand; 2) correspondence involving DfI Planning & the applicant and/or agents for the Planning Application; 3) any Department for Infrastructure internal correspondence records; & 4) records of consultations.
