Request for information relating to carriageway inspections, defects identified and repairs on the Lusky Road, Ballygowan, associated with a claim for vehicular damage on 15 December 2018, including:

1. the road maintenance policy; and
2. the road repair history for the last year, with
   a) dates of all inspections;
   b) details of how undertaken;
   c) description date and time of all defects identified; and
   d) details of repairs and the time taken from identification to repair.
