DfI/2019-0041: EIR Request for additional information and review of decision in relation to vehicle damage on the Drumnaquoile Road

I have received the information, that I requested from your department in relation to vehicle damage on the Drumnaquoile Road, thank you. Can you please confirm that with the further evidence that I provided to yourselfs, ie Photos of the other damage to the road, that a review of the claim is ongoing.

I have not had time to evaluate the information provided by your department. However having scanned the information, I can see I will require further clarification, under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004/or the FOI Act.

I can see from the report from July 2017, that there was repairs required in the report.

1. The dates of the seven complaints about the condition of the carriageway and/or potholes, in the period from 1 January 2017 to 29 January 2018.
2. The dates, of the fourteen claims your department has received from 1987, to date, the details of each claim, the damage and cause of said damage, the compensation for each claim paid.
