DfI/2019-0013: FOI Request for a list of decisions that have been referred to the Senior Decision Making Forum, those currently awaiting agreement, those implemented or deferred

Under the Freedom of Information Act I request the following information from your Department:

1) A list of all decisions that have been referred to the Senior Decision Making Forum, including: a) the dates of each referral; b) a list of the agreed decisions; c) a list of the decisions ; and d) a list of the pending decisions; and

2) A log of the decisions currently awaiting: a) Senior Decision Making Forum agreement; b) Permanent Secretary endorsement; c) Ministerial attention; d) those endorsed by the Permanent Secretary and implemented; or e) endorsed by the Permanent Secretary and the decision deferred.
