Courses for Drink Drive Offenders Working Group Annual Report 2018

Date published: 05 December 2019

Drink drive courses are used as a sentencing option in courts in Northern Ireland. These are voluntary and offenders receive a reduction of up to 25% in the period of disqualification on successful completion. The scheme is managed by the Department for Infrastructure through a Working Group which has responsibility for overseeing and monitoring the delivery of the scheme throughout Northern Ireland.

This is the Working Group’s Annual Report for 2018 along with examples of the new marketing materials [referred to on page 9 of the Report].
