The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Coolshinney Park, Magherafelt (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020” (S.R. 2020 No. 206), which comes into operation on 11 November 2020.
The Rule abandons an area of 35 square metres of road comprising a former turning head at the side of No. 10 Coolshinney Park, Magherafelt.
During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI Offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to dfiroads.western@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 028 8225 4085.
