The Cook Street (Harbour Area) Order Northern Ireland 2022 - Screening Form

This Order fixes the area at Cook Street Harbour (Portaferry) within which the powers of Ards and North Down Borough Council (as the local harbour authority) and those of its officers, may be exercised and within which dues may be charged.
