Blue Badge – implementation of changes - screening analysis form

The Department carried out a public consultation in 2013 about a number of planned and potential administrative and operational changes to the Blue Badge Disabled Parking Scheme in Northern Ireland.  The changes are aimed at enhancing the service and ensuring the Scheme’s uptake is targeted at those whose everyday lives can be greatly enhanced by the concessions they are entitled to.  Separate screening forms have now been completed on how the some of changes are to be taken forward.
