DfI Rivers requested a formal screening from the Drainage Council pursuant to Regulation 12 of The Drainage (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 (the Regulations) in respect of the Belfast Tidal Flood Alleviation Scheme.
