The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Armagh Road, Moy (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 165), which comes into operation on 28 October 2024.

Details

The Rule will abandon an area of 2583 square metres of superseded road adjacent to Armagh Road, Moy, from a point 99.5 metres south-east of the junction of Old Bog Road and Armagh Road extending for a distance of 212 metres in a south-easterly direction.      

A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
