Now therefore the Department for Infrastructure in exercise of the powers vested in it by the above-mentioned Act and Order hereby orders and declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto and more particularly delineated and described on the map attached hereto shall vest in the said Department for an estate in fee simple freed and discharged from all claims or estates whatsoever in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the said Act and Order.
Whereas the Department for Infrastructure in pursuance of the provisions of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 has given the prescribed notice of its intention to make an order vesting in it the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of its functions under the said Order.
