Minister Hazzard issued a written Ministerial Statement on 5 December 2016 announcing the publication of Mr Alan Strong’s Report into the Review of Winter Flooding (Northern Ireland) 2015/16.
The report was commissioned following a period of severe rain and subsequent flooding in the period from November 2015 to January 2016.
