    The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Adam Street, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022”, (S.R. 2022 No. 35), which comes into operation on 16 March 2022.

    The Rule will abandon an area of 818.786 square metres of road at Adam Street, Belfast from its junction with Duncairn Gardens to its junction with Upper Canning Street, Belfast.

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
