A two day community information event was held on 15 and 16 June 2005 in Toome House, Toomebridge. Representatives from DfI Roads and their consultants were present to answer questions and to provide assistance to members of the general public.
Questionnaires, made available to the public as part of a consultation brochure, gave the local community and businesses an opportunity to express their views on the proposal.
