The Meenan Square, Derry/Londonderry (Footways) (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Meenan Square, Derry/Londonderry (Footways) (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026”, (S.R. 2026 No. 98), which comes into operation on 30 June 2026.
The Rule will abandon after completion of works as the Department considers necessary for the provision of alternative facilities for road traffic, three areas of footway totalling 382.54 square metres at Meenan Square, Derry/Londonderry.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
