The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads (Clogher) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026.

Consultation description
The Order will authorise a length of Main Street, Clogher for use as a parking place and prescribe the conditions under which it may be used. Between 8.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited for 2 hours. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibitions in certain circumstances.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone on 0300 200 7899 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing traffic.western@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
