Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins has published Terms of Reference for the forensic audit of NI Water’s governance systems.
The Terms of Reference sets out that the Audit will examine NI Water’s risk management, governance and internal control arrangements, including compliance with Managing Public Money NI in relation to delegations, procurement and contract management practices, and the management of actual or perceived conflicts of interest.

NICS Internal Audit Services are conducting the audit which is now underway.
